Who we are

Drona Tek is a brand of Meena Enterprises. These terms are between you and us whenever you use this website or place an order. Our address and phone number are on the Contact us page.

What we sell

Drona Tek sells plug-in mantra boxes, night lamps and the Chalisa Magnet Speaker on this website, at the prices it shows when you order.

Placing an order

An order is placed once you see its order number. If we can't send an order, we cancel it and return anything you paid, in full.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes. They are listed on the Pricing page. A price can change, but an order keeps the price it was placed at.

Paying

Pay online with UPI, a debit or credit card, or net banking. Payments are taken by Razorpay, so your card and bank details go to Razorpay's secure window and never reach us. We charge no fee for paying online.

If money has left your account but your order shows as unpaid, write to us with your order number and we will sort it out or refund you in full. To dispute a payment, you can also ask your bank, or raise a ticket with Razorpay at razorpay.com/support.

Using the products

Boxes and lamps plug into a 240 V wall socket, and the magnet speaker charges over Type-C. Please use them indoors and keep them away from water.

Delivery, cancellations and replacements

These are written on the Shipping policy and Cancellation and refunds pages, and they are part of these terms.

The law, and changes

These terms follow the laws of India. If we change them, the terms on this page when you place your order are the ones that apply to it.
