Privacy what we keep, and why

What we ask for

When you order, we ask for your name, mobile number and delivery address, and your email if you would like to give it. We also keep what you ordered.

Why we ask

We use your details to deliver your order, to reach you about it, to cancel or refund it, and to keep the records of our sales that tax law asks for. We use them for nothing else. We don't sell them, and we don't share them for advertising.

Who sees it

• The courier delivering your order gets your name, mobile number and address.
• Online payments are handled by Razorpay, under its own privacy policy. We keep the payment's number and the way you paid (UPI, card or net banking), never your card or bank details.
• Our order records are kept in secure storage with Cloudflare, where this website runs.

How long we keep it

An order that was never paid is deleted within a week. Records of sales are kept for as long as tax law asks (GST asks for six years).

Cookies and tracking

Your cart, and the numbers of your last few orders, are kept in your own browser. This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It counts visits with a counter that sets no cookies, and its fonts come from Google Fonts.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to remove it where the law allows, or take back your consent. Write to [email protected] with your order number.
