Shipping and delivery

What delivery costs, how long it takes, and what happens if it is late.

Delivery fee

Delivery is ₹49 an order, and free when your order comes to ₹499 or more. There are no other charges.

How long it takes

We pack and send your order within 1 to 3 working days, and it reaches you 3 to 7 working days after that.

Where we deliver

We send across India, to any address a courier can reach. If the courier can't reach your PIN code, we tell you and cancel the order, and return anything you paid, in full.

Tracking

When your order leaves us, we send you the courier's name and tracking number on WhatsApp. You can also follow it on the Track page with your order number and mobile number.

Sending a gift

At checkout, give the name, address and mobile number of the person who will receive it.

If it is late

If your order reaches you later than the time above, tell us. You can then cancel it, and we return what you paid, in full, unless the delay was beyond anyone's control, such as floods or a strike. To reach us, see Contact us.
